Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

1. Standard Shipping (£12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery timeframe: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included
  • Available worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions)

2. Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over £50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery timeframe: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your RIVE IS purchases. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included where possible

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Personalized products
  • Jewellery & Watches (unless faulty)
  • Sunglasses (unless faulty)
  • Bags & Purses with broken hygiene seals or showing signs of use

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Request authorization: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Item details (name, size, color)
    • Reason for return
    • Exchange preferences if applicable
  2. Wait for approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  3. Package your items: Use original packaging if possible, including all tags and labels
  4. Ship your return: Send to our Birmingham facility using a trackable method (you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error)

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to process the refund
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability):

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate your exchange preferences in your return request
  • For higher-value exchanges: You’ll need to pay the difference
  • For lower-value exchanges: We’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items
